We have a manufactured home (Fleetwood) built in 1998.
The dual pane windows are Wamock Hersey and most of the little plastic tabs that appear to hold each window frame needs replaced. 11 windows-need 44 tabs.

These tabs are called face guides. I don't know if we can supply the exact version you have, but it's similar to our 67-002. Could you possibly get this to work on your window?
