Want similar handles/latch but with keyed lock from outside

Question

The measurement between the screws on the handle (attaching it to the door) is 4" (or close to that). The screws to the mortise plate are about 9", much larger than most I've seen. The handle itself is 7-1/2" x 2-3/4". The mortise plate is 9-3/4" x 1". The door width is 1-1/2" (actually, 1-9/16").
I would like a similar arrangement but with a key for the outside. It currently only locks with the swiveled latch from the inside. Most models online seem to be 3-5/16" between screws, not 4" and my mortise plate is huge compared to most so I don't know what can replace this one.

Thanks for your post! I haven't come across any handle sets with an installation hole spacing of exactly 4". The measurement should be taken from hole center to hole center.

That being said, either the 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set or the 82-030B Offset Keyed Handle Set may work as a suitable a replacement. You'll need to confirm whether your latch is centered or offset on the door.

I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide a replacement for the mortise lock.
