Sliding Glass Door Handle Set Help

A home owner from Lakeville, MN says:
Following information is stamped on the inside of the exterior metal handle that attaches to the exterior of the door:
Sash Controls, Inc
PT. 1963
Another number stamped on the inside of the piece of the assembly that was actually attached/screwed to the interior wood door frame is 1060-1943
FYI, the interior handle is wood

I am afraid I can't cross-reference these codes to specific parts. Can you show us pictures of the existing handle set? We'll do our best to assist from there.

A home owner from Lakeville, MN says:
Here is the photo.
The middle piece is the broken piece, with the left arm missing, while the right arm is intact.
Thanks!

Thanks for replying. This appears to be a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing, such as our 82-035 or 82-020. Look at these two styles and see if either could work for you. Note that this kind of damage to a handle set is indicative of a sliding door track or rollers that need to be cleaned or even replaced, so it would behoove you to inspect them just to be safe. Let me know if you have any further questions.
