Want to place an order of replacement part of this

Hey, DJ. Our Series 380 will not replace this, unfortunately. You have a specific kind of balance that has to be a custom order due to its configuration. The Series 380's cord isn't long enough and it would pull out when you try to close the window for the first time.

We can supply the custom balance, but I would like to know how many you need before we get started. Once I know that, I'll email you a custom order link and price quote for that quantity.
