2 doors open to the right and one door opens to the left. The markings that I can see is U8A and a logo.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell an exact match for this cabinet door hinge, but our 32-147 is very similar in design and I think it may be worth considering, at the very least. Look it over and see what you think!
