To be honest, everything looks to be in good condition. If all you need is a new key lock, I recommend our 82-310. 

Installation is fairly straight forward. What you need to do is remove the outside handle, slip the old key cylinder out, then put the new one in its place. You might need to cut the new key tail down to match the old one, so make sure to take note of its current length.
