Want to replace this sliding door pull

Quick Learner from Denver, CO
Hi, The sliding door of our rented apartment has an exterior pull as pictured. We don't have the keys for it. We are looking for a replacement. How to select the correct door pull. Can you suggest any of your products.

Check out our 82-310 and see if this could work as a replacement key cylinder.

They may want to try turning that assembly right side up while they're at it. That looks easy to lift and open. If that is too much, at least make sure there isn't enough room to lift the door up over the strike. Try a block or shim in the header.

We got a key cylinder and replaced it. If we lock from inside, we can unlock it using the key from outside. But we are not able to lock from outside using the key. It is some what tight. The inside turning lever also became a little light, but we can open and lock from inside. Is this tightness because the flat tail piece that comes from the cylinder is too long or short? How to get an exact measurement of the tail piece.

Yes, it sounds like the tail piece is too long. It sounds like it's very close to being the correct length, so I recommend filing the tail piece just a tiny bit and seeing if that improves things.
