That depends on how handy you are. These kind of hook into the door frame, and they're a pretty tight fit. I've known some customers who have a little trouble with it, but everyone's able to get it eventually.

We do not have instructions for this particular guide, no. The general procedure is to take the doors out of the frame and put them on a flat surface, then use needle-nose pliers to work out the old guide. Once that's out, you just hook in the new one exactly where the old part went.
