Warped Window Sash

Quick Learner from Bucks County, PA
The window sash is warped and the trim around the glass has come apart. I do not know the brand of the window. Any thoughts on how I can get a replacement without taking the entire window out?

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you need new glazing. We may be able to help but we will need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear view of the end profile.

However, I'm afraid it's necessary to remove the window sash in order to replace the glazing.
