Warranty??

Question

Hello.  My windows are needing some TLC.  They are slowly falling apart.  Are any of these parts covered under warranty?  Latches are breaking as shown and one of the rods that allow the window to go up and down and tilt out broke as it seems to me.

Thanks for your post! I'm afraid we would not be able to confirm any warranty information. We are only a retailer of the hardware. You'd need to find the window information and contact the manufacturer to inquire about the warranty details. We can provide replacements for the hardware but what we have are not direct replacements.

The pivot bar has a similar appearance to the 26-369, 26-400, or 26-412. You'll need to review and compare each of their dimensions to determine if any of them could work for the repair. So long as one installation hole placement is a match, one of these should be a suitable replacement. Their dimensions can be viewed on the website.

You may also want to consider replacing the window balance hardware as well.

The tilt latches you have can possibly be replaced with the 26-393A Tilt Latch Pair. Again, you'll need to compare the dimensions, on the website, to determine if these are the correct fit.
