Wasco Rolling Patio Doors - Sanford, Me - 2659

Question

We are blessed with 3 of your patio doors all of which are in need of rollers as a priority - locks secondarily. Picture of door plate and locks attached.
No qualified contractor will source the correct rollers or locks.
Since the porch is our living room the doors are an integral part of paradise.
Your attention and advice most appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I hate to say it, but I think you may have us confused for another company. We never made patio doors. We're SWISCO, not Wasco.

We do sell a ton of products as a third-party supplier, so we can probably still help, but that does mean I will need you to take the rollers out of the door and show them to me before I can make a recommendation. There is no other way to ID a match. I know that's more work than you had in mind before you had a replacement, but it's not possible to avoid it. It has to be done.

When you do remove the rollers, show me a clear picture of the back end, top, and sides. Written dimensions would also be a big help.

As for the handle set, yours appears to be a match for our 82-035. The exterior pull is a little different but that won't matter.
