Water Seals for Norco Wooden Casement window

Hi, I have a wooden Norco casement window that the rain seals are brittle and need to be replaced I enclosed the photos and hope you have or can steer in the right directions for replacements.  I have two windows that need new seals. Hope to hear from you in my quest. Thank you
