We have Interior Shutters and I only have 3/4" space for a casement handle.

I have Pella Casement Windows 3/8" splined. Do you have anything that will work?

Well, we do carry a Pella "T" handle that has that same sized spline. Take a look at our 39-227B and see if that could work for you.
