We purchased this home with no records. The patio sliding door is difficult to move. The prior owner had a drill thru locking pin (a $7 item at Home Depot) installed at the botton of the door. The holes for the pin no longer line up (up and down) leading me to beleive the roller mechanism is worn beyond it's service life. This would explain why the pin holes on the door are lower than the static frame.
I was hoping you could tell us the manufacturer and roller parts needed to repair this sliding door. I fully admit that I do not want to pull the door off, remove the existing rollers, take a picture, reisnstall the door just to repeat the process again after we order the parts from you! I'll do it if needed but thought I'd try this first...

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to identify the roller by the brand of the door. I will need to see the roller removed from the door to make the most accurate recommendation.
