We have a Patio Sliding Door...

The only markings / sticker I can find is attached. We cannot seem to remove the door by lifting. The rollers are sticking and need replacement units.

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble lifting the door to remove it from the frame? Have you tried adjusting the rollers so that you can get more clearance? If so, please provide a detailed explanation on the issue you are running into when attempting to remove the door.

The rollers on the underside of our patio sliding door need replacing. Unfortunately, I cannot find the manufacturer / model number. Can you help?
