We have a tilt window balance that has sprung..

Question

We got replacement balance for both sides of our window from the company that supplied the original window.  Unfortunately, it is a newer version.  Our balance had a screw at the top holding the balance in place.  The new one has a bent hook that is supposed to slide into a hole in the side and then be covered with a plastic piece.  Do you sell those plastic pieces?

Can we see photos of both the old and the new balance, so that we can see all the differences between them? It sounds like something we can get to work for you, but I'm not familiar with any plastic piece associated with a balance hook.
