We need a door handle

It's hard to tell what you might have had without a reference. The hole pattern in your door is peculiar, as well. Is this a storm door? If so, our 40-058 may be worth considering. This is my "when in doubt" handle set; it's very versatile and can work on a wide variety of storm doors. Look it over and see what you think.
