We received the door knob today...

We received the door knob today and I was able to install it. I works very nicely. Since the handle casement is cast metal, I am not sure how much to tighten down the screws. I made them snug so that the handle does not move but not too much. I used soap to prep the screws for ease of installation. I was very happy with your speed of delivery. I will definitely recommend your store to friends and neighbors. When I think of the hours I have spent trying to track down an item at Lowes or Home Depot I am so greatful for online stores like your.
