We were not able to see any stamped markings, we have pictures of the channel from all angles. Need help ordering parts

Question

I believe we need 4 channels, 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE

Product Code: S385-27. The width of channel was 9/16, so we think that translates to a 1/2"

Plus we need the top sash guides 18-008H.

Also the Winged Shoe 15-004.

Need you help verifying these specs.

As long as the dimensions of your parts match the dimensions of our 18-008H and 15-004, then the parts you picked out should work perfectly fine. Size will be the final deciding arbiter.

As for stamp option, if you have nothing on your old balance then you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we show on the S385-27 store page. That should tell you exactly what you need.
