We would like to purchase replacement parts

Question

Our window was not opening all the way. Once we took it out, it appears that the plastic has deteriorated from one of these pieces in the corner. The one that is missing the black plastic is on the bottom of the window. Could we purchase these parts from you? We are not sure how old the windows are as we just bought the home in December. Our house was built in 1994.
The cranks show that this is a Weathershield.

This guide is unfortunately not sold separately. If this has broken, you will need an all new hinge.

We don't sell an exact match but we do sell the 36-048. While the design is a little different it should still work the same. Just make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time.
