Wear of door rollers

Home Owner from Japan
I'm having trouble with the door being heavy due to wear on the rollers. Can you tell me the correct part number from the model number in the photo?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The company that manufactured your door is Best Built Company, but we do not have information about the specific rollers your door uses, as they stopped producing doors in the 1990s. To assist you further, we will need to see a complete roller assembly removed from the door, including the written-out measurements.

To do this, you will need to carefully remove the door and lay it flat. Start by removing the two screws from the bottom frame. Then, using a block of wood and a hammer, gently knock off the bottom door rail to access the roller assembly.

Hi Emily san
Thank you for your kind reply, Emily. I agree. I'll remove the window and check, then I'll discuss it with you.

No problem! I'll be here whenever you can get that for us.

I removed the window and checked the size of the door roller. It was 8.5cm long, 1.6cm wide, and 3.2cm high. I will send you a photo so could you check it against the stock you have?

Thank you kindly! This resembles our 81-158 roller assembly. Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.
