Q LON foam-filled weather strip for a roto casement window (strip is in both frame and window). I'm not sure if it's the original. It needs to be replaced because there is a draft coming through where it has worn down.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement weatherstripping that installs with a round foam insert like the piece shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
