Weather Seal Replacement

Question

I would like to replace this worn and torn weather stripping on the sliding door to the pool. Can someone help me pick the right product? What other information is needed?

I'm afraid I can't ID your weatherstripping from this photo. In order to make a recommendation, I need to see a clear photo of the end profile. Would that be possible? Please also make sure that the sample you show us is whole and undamaged; if any portion of it is torn off or otherwise missing, we cannot help. I will also need to know the precise width of the base and the height of the pile itself.
