Looking for replacement channel in my Weatrher Shield double hung window. Connection to spring is broken and window will not stay up.

Thanks for bearing with us during this busy season. We may have a match for this balance, but we'll need more information to confirm. Can you show us a photo of the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? We'd also like to see photos of both ends of the balance. Additionally, can you confirm the length of the metal channel?
