Weather Shield Casement Window Hinge

A contractor from West Michigan says:

I'm looking for replace hinges for Weather Shield Casement windows that were installed in 1995. Attached a photo of the hinge, they are 10". If I did my homework correctly it appears I need your 36-048 hinge and a 75-034 hinge wrench. Please confirm I have the correct items and your return policy.
