Weather Shield Crank for Awning Window

Question

Hello, I own a 1985 Weather Shield awning window and our crank system -- not sure on proper phrase -- seems stripped and we need a new one it doesn't open and close properly anymore. The two arms that extended out get hung up. Attached is a photo and any help on getting a part that could be swapped in is greatly appreciated.

Can you take more of an overhead photo? We'd like to see a shot of the operator arms, the sill, the operator cover, everything all at once, from above.
