Weather Shield Operator from approximately 1987 needs to be replaced.

A quick learner from Pembroke Massachusetts says:

Hello,

I have a Weather Shield Awning Window and the Operator Mechanism needs to be replaced. The threads inside the housing are stripped and it will not hold the "crank" in place in the housing. I am hoping you can help me out with locating and purchasing a new one.

Thank you.

John
