Weather Shield Rescue!

Question

Hi we are painting our weather shield aluminum windows black. We are looking for matching black hardware. Weather Shield is very hard to deal with and the dealers don't want to help us. We are looking for the latch mechanism and housing plus the thing you turn to open and close the window and its housing. Please see attached photos. If you sell these in black, we're buying 50 sets! Let us know ,thanks!

Thanks for posting. I believe we can help. These casement looks like like older versions of the 38-097 and 38-098, which are indeed available in black. Just review the diagrams below to ensure they can fit your window. Note that these locks require an updated keeper, the 38-079, which is sold separately.

As far as the casement window operator, we should be able to help with this as well, but I need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window sash closed. A bird's eye view, with either the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best for this. From there I should be able to determine what you can use as a replacement.
