Weather Shield Side Leaf Weather Strip

I am looking for this weather stripping that comes from 30 year old WS windows. I found a picture of the part (or a close facsimile of it) in the Weather Shield catalog. I also included an image of an intact one in my casement window, and then a removed one that is torn. The tear is on the part that turns back in on the strip. Many of the ones I have on my windows have torn apart at this break point, flap around and make it difficult to lock the window. The WS part number could be 760691, 741009, or 730645. Would like to replace all of these if you have something that would work.
