Weather Strip Replacement

Need to replace the weather stripping on our door. Cannot find the correct weather stripping in any store.

I'm afraid we don't have this exact style. It may not be made anymore. That said, it looks similar in shape to our 58-173. Could you possibly use this as a substitute? Look over its dimensions and see what you think.
