Weather Strip needed for Sldiing Glass Door

Question

Hi - I need to replace the weather stripping to my old sliding glass door.

In the bottom corner of the glass is all I can go by and don't know who the manufacturer is:

PPG Herculite K HP
Tempered Safety Glass
16 CFR 1201C II
ANSI Z-97.1.1984 5/32 U
1993

Do you carry this weather stripping or an alternative one that I could buy?
