Weather Stripping for 4 Certainteed Casement Windows

Hello and Happy 4th!
We need to replace the rotted weather stripping around our 25 year old Certainteed Casement windows. The stripping seems to be similar to product 58-053 Kerf Mount Bubble Seal, however ours has a foam center. I’ve attached pictures of our stripping. Please advise what stripping I should purchase. We have a total of 4 casement windows.
Also I have a white crank handle with 45240 8 and need 4 new ones.
