Weather Stripping or Sweeps for Mid 1980's Pella Sliding Doors

Need part numbers for small pieces of weather stripping on the bottom of the vent side of a mid 1980s pella sliding screen door. Two separate pieces. One measures 35 1/8" and the other measures 27". Photos attached.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure if we have a good match for this. Our 55-106 comes to mind but this is primarily used on wood casement windows so I can't promise it will work. Take a look and see what you think.
