I don't recognize this weatherstripping, unfortunately. It honestly has kind of a weird design, though it sort of reminds me of our 58-171 and 58-182 foam seals. These look like they work the same way, where the installation strip sticks out 90 degrees from the flap. 

Look over our dimensions and see what you think. I cannot guarantee that either will work but I do think they're our best options for you.

They look similar yes the only issue I see is that they are t slot and mine are not have you some thing similar in a kerf instead of a t slot

We do not, unfortunately. The kerf on your original is very broad and very short and we unfortunately don't sell anything quite like that.
