Weather seal on bottom sash

I'm looking for a/the replacement of the weather seal on the bottom of the lower sash, this seal is located towards the inside of the window. I've included a picture of the weather seal and the window spec sticker.

We did carry a weatherstripping that matches this at one time, but it was discontinued and no longer something we can supply. The only thing we have that may work is our 58-156, but I cannot guarantee that it will. Look it over and see what you think.
