The adhesive side is 3:8" the height dimension is 5/8"
The black inset is maybe magnetic?

The new photos are a bit blurry but if your seal has a magnetic end and installs with a kerf, you may be looking for something like the 58-008 prime door seal set. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours.
