Unfortunately, we aren't able to supply a replacement for this handle. Pella discontinued it some years ago and it's not something we're able to provide anymore. You'll need to contact Pella directly for assistance. 

As for the weatherstripping, we'd need to see it uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thanks for posting!
