Please disregard my last post. I didn't realize that there was a plastic guide on the top till I pulled the rest of the striping out. The dimension are still the same.

Thanks for getting back to us. Our closest match would be the 58-014 but note that the backing measures 1/8" wide as shown below. Take a look to see if this might work for your application.
