Weather-strip for patio sliding door

I went to Home Depot to search for this particular weather-strip and I could not find anything in the store. On the patio door I say a name eagle on the door and tried to search their website but it is under construction. I was recommended to Swisco for help. I am looking for a weather-strip for a patio sliding door that measures 72x80 with the name eagle on the door. Attached are 4 different angles of the weather-strip.

Hi, thanks for posting. We're having a bit of trouble determining your weather-stripping. Would you mind sending us another photo where we can see the cross-section of it a bit more clearly? Some dimensions will help, too.
Also, does the door frame have an AAMA metallic sticker on it?
