Please look at old material vs. what I ordered

I ordered 55-164. I think it looks closer to 55-192 profile? Please let me know.

The 55-164 does look like a match. I'm surprised it didn't work. Did you try it in your window sash yet? If it won't fit, the 55-192 could be the one. These two are similar in shape and the way they fit into the frame, they just differ in size.

Dave,

Question with the 55-164 NEW material it seems to want to snap in between the glass and frame and it will not engage or lock in.

Old material seems to slide in just behind the frame.

Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, we cannot determine what the issue might be. It should install the same way as yours. It sounds like the size may be different. Please carefully measure your glazing while comparing it to both our 55-164 and 55-192 and let me know how it differs from both.
