Weather striping for older Pella Storm windows

Question

I'm in need of this type of weather stripping to replace from older pella storm windows.
Is this type of stripping hard to replace back on?

Unfortunately, we don't have an exact match but you may be able to get our 58-055 to work as a substitute. Look it over and let me know what you think.
