Hello - do you know what type of weather stripping I need for these tracks around the door and door jam? The home is older, built in 1984.

Hi. There is no weather stripping. I just moved into the house. The metal bracket is 3/8 deep and 7/16 wide.

I'm not sure what you mean by metal bracket. There should be a track or slot that the weatherstripping goes into. We usually need to see the original weatherstrippping to provide an identification but we'll try our best. Just keep in mind that this will be a guess.
So, we'll need to know the size of the slot or track that the weatherstripping plugs into. We'll also need to know the size of the gap between the sash and frame.
Once we have that information we can go from there.
