This looks like our 58-135 bubble seal to me. Look over the dimensions and compare them with yours to see how they match up.

7/16 would be the size needed on the bubble

We don't sell this seal with a 7/16" bubble. This part is our best option, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
