It might be best to remove a piece of it from the door so that you are able to get a clear photo. It will also help when confirming any measurements.

That number you are providing seems to be a manufacturer code and, unfortunately, I cannot use it to identify the weather strip you need.

You'll need to remove the strip from the bottom of the door so that you can cut a piece, that way we can see the shape and how it installs to the bottom of the door. 

Take a look at our section of bubble seal and prime door weather stripping to see if you are able to match up the seal. You'll need to compare the measurements and the shape. If you are still unable to determine, I will need to see the requested photos.
