Top flap is 3/8 and kerf is 1/4 I think it's Marvin windows but I'm not for sure.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the weatherstripping shown in your photo. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to Marvin directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
