Weather stripping

Trying to identify what type of weather tripping this is. Appears to be rubber but is dry rotted. Fits into the channel then kind of "V's" out. These windows crank open.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Could you remove an undamaged sample? We'd like to see a clear and up-close shot of the end profile. The more damaged it is, the less likely we are to ID it, I'm afraid.

Unfortunately, every time I try to remove a piece, it just crumbles from dry rot. I had a window repair person here for other issues. When I showed him that weather stripping, he said it doesn't make a difference if it's there or not. Not so sure I'm believing that but it would make things easier. Anyway, here are a couple more close shots. Hopefully these help. Thank You.
