Weather stripping Simonton single hung

Question

Hi,

I'd like to replace the weatherstripping in my Simonton windows. The home was built in 1998 and we purchased it at foreclosure in 2003, so it's in bad shape. I've attached photos and am hoping you can make a recommendation. The bulb weatherstripping is about 7/16 in diameter. I'll send pics of the pile weatherstripping next since I can only add 5 photos at a time, the pile weatherstripping measures 3/16 x 1/4 with a fin seal. Thanks, Tom

Hello there, Tom.

We don't sell a bubble seal with your exact specifications, unfortunately. Our 58-135 would be our closest match but this has a bulb diameter of 11/32" and a 3/16" wide base. As for the pile, our 58-127 appears to match the dimensions you gave. Take a look and see what you think.
