It's tough to tell what you have. I'm not sure how your foam seal installs. Does it push in using a finned kerf, or does it slide in using a "T" strip?

Good question, I don't know. The strips are deteriorating and breaking off at the window. I will be at the property tomorrow and see what else I can figure out. I have not tried to take off the good ones to avoid risk of them breaking as well.

You have asked I try to identify the manner the seal installs. It is not clear at all--I am afraid if I try to remove one they will just break off given the current condition. I have provided the make and model (including a copy of the invoice). Isn't it possible to identify the parts from that information? thank you.

I'm afraid not. Certainteed has used countless different seals over the years and from region to region, and there's no way to really know for sure what you have. I'm also not familiar with the specific New Castle XT model. I would recommend looking at our selection of bubble seal here. I'm certain one of these could potentially work for you, but it really all depends on how this seal inserts into the window.
