I believe the windows are Jeld Wen double hung windows vinyl 2000 series purchased from Lowe's in 1989. Lowes part #89256.

Hello there. There are two possible options that may be a possible replacements. Take a look at both our 58-164 and 58-183 weatherstrips. For the 58-164, see if the locking "T" and bulb are the same size as yours.
