Weather stripping for Pozzi outside patio door

Need a replacement weather stripping for my outside Pozzi patio door. I will attach a picture. Measurements are: 1/2 in total from top of bubble to end of base attachment. Bubble diameter is about 1/4 in.

Take a look at our 58-114 kerf mount bubble seal. This looks to be the closest option that we have. Take a look and see if this could work to replace what you have.
